About the Role

This is a full-time role with flexibility considered. The fixed-term contract is 12-18 months. We offer a work-life balance and flexibility in line with the needs of the role. The base location is Greggs Innovate House.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring visibility to business improvement opportunities and document as-is processes and to-be designs
  • Elicit, challenge, and document business and system requirements
  • Define, measure, and analyse opportunities for business cases
  • Facilitate workshops to capture and challenge business requirements
  • Prepare programme and project reporting and documentation
  • Contribute to the improvement of methods and techniques used in business process improvement
