- IAT Level 3 diploma in Laboratory Animal Science and Technology
- Previous experience working in a Biological Resource Facility
- Experience undertaking a variety of regulated procedures
- A proactive approach to work, taking ownership of your own learning and development
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A good level of attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and comprehensive computer literacy
- Understanding of the importance of Standard Operating Procedures and ability to ensure they are followed
