Job Description:

This role involves delivering comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy (MST) interventions to families at risk of child abuse and neglect in North East Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to address specific problems and risk factors that brought the family to attention.

MST is a therapeutic approach requiring intensive work with families at their homes for up to nine months. The major goals are to keep families together, ensure children's safety, prevent abuse and neglect, and reduce mental health difficulties experienced by adults and children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to vulnerable populations.
