We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. As a key member of our therapeutic services team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress the OT specific therapeutic services for individuals with varying levels of functioning, including those with autism and associated needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Develop and implement systemic and formulation-based approaches to address complex needs.
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
Requirements:
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key partners and resolve conflict effectively.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
- Experience of lecturing/teaching/training and skills in data management.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
