About the Role

Breedon Group plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surfacing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Surfacing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success and efficiency of our surfacing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Strategically plan and coordinate surfacing activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients and contractors, enhancing the company's professional standing.
  • Quality and Safety: Uphold stringent health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe workplace for all.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and guide your team, emphasizing quality and efficiency to meet project goals.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the surfacing industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
  • Safety Awareness: A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Essential Qualifications: A valid CSCS card and a driving license.
