Reservations Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
  • Converting enquiries into sales
  • Processing, amending and updating bookings as required
  • Maximising revenue through upselling
  • Administration and Technology savvy

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality and a relentless commitment to excellence.
