We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinician to join our team of Psychiatrists in NHS Highland.
About the RoleThis full-time Consultant General Adult Community Psychiatrist position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse population across remote and rural communities in the far north of Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services, working closely with community health teams, Primary care, and the Rural General Hospital – Caithness General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- To provide specialist psychiatric services to patients within the designated area.
- To lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- To develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of individual patients.
A self-motivated Clinician with enthusiasm for General Adult Community Psychiatry is required for this challenging and rewarding role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
