Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at RecruitedUK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a real difference in the lives of learners and employers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Education Manager with the effective management of the curriculum, ensuring that the needs of learners and employers are met. You will also lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.

This is a key leadership role within the education team, and we are looking for someone who has substantial experience in a field related to education, training or assessment. You should have expertise in delivering training and teaching or assessing qualifications, as well as experience of displaying a wide range of training methods to engage learners. Leading a team and managing performance in an education/training setting is also essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this role is £31,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays, lunchtime finish on Fridays, pension scheme, holiday purchase scheme, wellbeing centre, medicash or private medical insurance depending on career level, 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme, refer a friend incentive scheme, life day and volunteering day in addition to annual leave, and additional one week of paid leave for weddings and civil ceremonies.
