About the Role
You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products. You will be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are key to yours and the company's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out various duties related to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products.
- Work as part of a team to achieve manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the manufacturing team.
Requirements
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a manufacturing production environment.
- Team player with attention to detail and the willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills (teamwork is key to our success).
- An understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
- An understanding and appreciation of how an efficient way of working can impact the success of any business.
