We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Banqueting Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As Assistant Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of presentation, service, and management for conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate business sheet details and departmental SOP standards are maintained.
  • Maintain safe practice and good housekeeping in storerooms and equipment.
  • Record training for Conference & Banqueting staff.
  • Arrange performance reviews/appraisals as requested.
  • Assist the Conference and Banqueting Manager as needed.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Conference & Banqueting. This role offers an attractive salary and opportunities for creativity.
