Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of water service and mains laying teams operatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services, including health and safety, environmental, and quality assurance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including safety, environmental, and quality records.
- Report any accidents, near misses, faults, damages, or defects using appropriate documentation.
- Water Safety 'Passport' (EUSR)
- National Water Hygiene registration (EUSR)
- NRSWA (Units 1-3 minimum)
- CSCS card
- 360 operators ticket
