We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our private client law department in Felixstowe.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive and friendly legal team, specialising in private client services. You will play a key role in providing expert advice and legal solutions to a diverse range of clients, while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing advice on estate management and distribution strategies.
- Drafting tailored wills to meet individual needs.
- Advising on the creation and administration of trusts.
- Assisting clients with the preparation and registration of LPAs.
- Supporting executors and administrators with estate management and probate processes.
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client law.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
- Excellent client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
