Job Title: Orthopaedic Scrub

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub to join our Theatre team at Euxton Hall Hospital. As an Orthopaedic Scrub, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert scrubbing support for orthopaedic surgical procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless surgical operations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
