We are looking for an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team at Morson Talent in the UK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Job Description:
  • To assemble and test electronic components according to detailed drawings and industry standards.
  • To work proactively within a team, solving problems and liaising with Manufacturing Engineering as required.
  • To support prototyping and first build activity and prepare products for production.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-disciplined manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of electronics assembly and quality control procedures. They will also be able to work effectively in a team, communicating failures and process improvement ideas to the Section Leader/Team Leader.
