Grandir UK is a leading provider of childcare and education services. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and education to children, and we are seeking a Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at our Wishing Tree Day Nursery in Brighton.

As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting children at all times, preparing and supervising activities, and contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that equality of access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents, and children, and for maintaining a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK's values are maintained
* Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents, and children
* Supervise and support children at all times
* Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
* Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures, and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
* Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
* Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
* Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
* Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
