Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Rosary Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met
