Location: Axminster, Devon

We are passionate about our products and committed to providing exceptional customer service around their sale. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our growth strategy and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication.
  • Manage existing customer accounts, from taking orders to identifying upselling opportunities and promoting new products.
  • Generate new leads and pass them on to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and other relevant information for easy access by the team.
  • Gather feedback on promotional activities and customer experiences to share with the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales / customer service role, with a track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business platforms.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Full driving licence.
