Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant with CCH Group, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assisting with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
* Following individual care plans and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and caring attitude towards our clients. You will also require basic training in health and social care, which can be provided by us. Prior experience in care is not essential, as we offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
