About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to employees and managers at Allwyn UK, focusing on employee relations, employment legislation, and organizational development.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver first line support to the business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee relations cases.
  2. Collaborate with managers to provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
  3. Contribute to the development of employee relations skills training programs, enhancing the capabilities of managers in this area.
  4. Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and update HR policies accordingly, maintaining Allwyn UK's position as a leader in HR best practices.
  5. Prepare ad hoc MI reports and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Build strong partnerships with the People Operations team, streamlining HR Admin processes and driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in generalist HR, including employee relations, employment legislation, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
