Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic approaches to support residents' emotional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience working with children with special needs or in childcare, education, family support settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess driving license, desirable.
