About the Role
As a Full-SEN Teaching Assistant at our school in Lancashire, you will be responsible for supporting individual students or small groups to access the curriculum in a way that meets their needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere, promoting social interaction, confidence, and independence in a caring and nurturing environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies, helping to develop resources and deliver tailored interventions to support learning, and providing emotional support and guidance to students as needed.
