Job Summary

PP Associates Ltd is seeking a skilled and empathetic Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in care provision.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in care or a related field.
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably within a domiciliary setting.
  • Understanding of person-centred care principles and health and safety regulations within a care environment.
  • Basic first aid and medication administration training (or willingness to undertake training).
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid time off.
