About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Network Planning team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, working closely with senior directors and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with senior directors to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Coach and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Contribute to the development of the team's skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a management consulting or strategy firm
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects, with a focus on delivery and results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior directors and junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
