Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities. You'll work across various shift patterns, including late and weekend shifts, to provide holistic care that meets their individual needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Help the people we support to develop life skills, complete their education, and thrive as they move into adulthood.
- Support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions with the people we support.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, considering their unique communication needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide person-centred care that meets the needs of the people we support.

Belstead Mews is a unique home for young people that supports them to learn life skills, complete their education, and thrive as they move into adulthood. The home is calm and welcoming, with a focus on promoting independence and decision-making.
