Job Title: AAT Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AAT Lecturer to join our team at Henry Blue. As an AAT Lecturer, you will be responsible for coordinating, teaching, and assessing a range of AAT qualifications, including Accounting, Computerised Accounts, Payroll, and Bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver AAT qualifications to students, ensuring high-quality teaching and assessment practices.
  • Support students in all aspects of their learning, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Produce high-quality course documentation, including lesson plans, assessments, and student records.
  • Maintain accurate student records, including individual assessment records and administrative tasks related to teaching on College courses.
Requirements:
  • Experience of teaching Accounting and Financial qualifications, with a teaching qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the AAT Framework of delivery and ability to support students effectively in all aspects of their learning.
  • Understanding of the structure of accounting qualifications, including AAT, ACCA, and current finance and accountancy methodology.
  • IT literacy, including the ability to use virtual learning environments such as Moodle and spreadsheets.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance within 1 year.
