Key Responsibilities
As a Leisure Centre Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of USSC, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient facility management
- Managing membership sales processes, promoting activity schemes, and conducting cash reconciliations
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies, supervising the leisure team, and maintaining facility security
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and possessing relevant qualifications, including first aid and National Pool Lifeguard certification or the willingness to obtain these qualifications within a reasonable period
