**Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services Expert**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Intec Select. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of core products, systems, processes, and associated business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery analysis to quantify the problem or opportunity within the competitive environment, the business process landscape, the current IT and data solutions.
  • Support business decision-making through the identification and evaluation of solution options.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders to reflect a wide range of perspectives and optimize the change journey.
  • Elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and verify business requirements for the selected solution.
  • Deliver requirements traceability from desired business outcomes through requirements to software developments and acceptance testing.
  • Support defined changes through to benefit realization with tasks including project change evaluation and implementation, RAID identification, specification, and mitigation.
Core Skills and Requirements:
  • Previous work experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of describing customer journeys, process modeling, data modeling, test defect triage, stakeholder management, and traceability matrix is essential.
  • Experience of on-premises to cloud transformation programs is essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of elicitation, RAID identification, and senior stakeholder engagement is essential.
  • Experience of JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • We value BA Professional Certification such as the IIBA's CBAP or the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
