Strategic Enterprise Account Manager for Cloud Solutions

With 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales, you'll have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform.

This role requires an outstanding blend of technical depth, sales competence, and the ability to articulate complex AI-driven solutions to a mix of customers. You'll work closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities to drive growth at current and new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Employing your wealth of sales knowledge to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process
  • Articulating how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement
