About the RoleThis registered manager opportunity will see you lead a team of clinicians, coordinators, and administrative staff in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for developing clinical policies and procedures, ensuring patient care meets the highest standards, and collaborating with upper management to ensure quality services and CMS requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Clinicians (PT's, RN's and LPN's), Coordinators, and other administrative staff.
- Assist in development of clinical policies and procedures and ensure that written clinical materials are accurate and updated regularly.
- Ensure patient care to be of the highest quality, efficiency, and effectiveness by providing guidance, direction, and oversight to clinicians.
- Make home visits as required to mentor, train and assess individual clinicians' job performance and skill competency and evaluate patient satisfaction, workflows and compliance.
- Licenses: Unencumbered RN License in the state of MA
- Education/Degrees: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, ADN Required, BSN Preferred
- Certifications: CPR/BLS
- Experience: 5 years' experience in leadership role. 2 years in Home Health, PACE Program, Hospice, Skilled Nursing or Geriatrics experience required.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Generous PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick time, 16 hours personal
- Paid Holidays: Your Birthday New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
- Medical, Vision, Dental, etc.
The salary for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year, with mileage reimbursement of $0.65 per mile and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
