**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage team performance to achieve revenue and service agreement sales and profitability targets.
  • Control work in progress (WIP) to meet targets set.
  • Approve and control the use of suppliers and sub-contractors to improve costs and standards of work, and verify invoices.
  • Ensure claim settlement on warranty recovery equals job cost or exceeds it.
  • Address health and safety or environmental issues at the depot, including those under RIDDOR, and report such issues to the H&S Manager if necessary.
  • Promote good housekeeping practices at the depot to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.

**Requirements**

  • Industry and product knowledge is essential.
  • Management experience and managing field-based/diverse teams is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good people management skills with experience in dealing with employee relations issues.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
