We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aspiring Clinical Psychologist / Autism Support Assistant at a renowned school in Camberley, supporting children aged 4-19 with complex needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your studies and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties, including autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex needs, promoting their educational, social, and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting resilience and self-confidence
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting social and emotional learning

  • Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
