Senior Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at The Crieff Food Company.

As the Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for planning menus and daily specials within our company framework, while also managing the chef and kitchen team in the preparation of all meals.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring stock levels, managing stock orders, and conducting weekly stock counts to ensure GP targets are achieved. You will also be responsible for managing the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.

Additionally, you will plan rotas and holidays to meet service level requirements, while working closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve the highest service and sales standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Culinary Director who can manage a large team and handle significant peaks in service. You will need to be a strong communicator who can motivate and develop your team to deliver with enthusiasm and great personality.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering the highest quality food and service, and will be knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
