We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Expert to join our team at The Priory. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct support, with a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). They will also be qualified in Functional Behaviour Assessment and have a proven track record in developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities or autism in a variety of settings
  • Implement Capable Environments and Active Support approaches
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans including Functional Behaviour Assessment
  • Practice Leadership and Practice workshops
  • Incident support, analysis and colleague debrief

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Various locations throughout the UK, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements
