Nursing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our team at Appoint Healthcare's private hospital in Norwich. As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical ward team.

• Provide high-quality planned care for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Support individuals with all aspects of care, including daily living, person-centered care, and promoting health and independence.
• Implement a plan of care in accordance with the patient's individual needs and predicted date of discharge.
• Undertake clinical risk assessments and demonstrate the ability to recognize changing priorities and seek advice when required.
• Ensure the privacy, dignity, and safety of individuals are always maintained.

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register with no restrictions.
• Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• At least 1 year's hospital experience in the UK is essential.
• Experience working under minimal supervision.
