Head of Marketing Opportunity at Blu Digital

Blu Digital, a leading UK-based Ecommerce brand, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers the opportunity to scale the team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels, focusing on attracting high-quality, new customers.
  • Manage the budget to ensure smart investment and effective spending, while nurturing relationships with existing brand and affiliate partners to drive repeat business.
  • Scale acquisition efforts into new geographies, working closely with the wider marketing team to optimise site traffic and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of both digital and offline performance channels.
  • Confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders, analytically minded to ensure efficient budget use, and creative in solving challenges as they arise.
