Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis for at least 3 years, with a strong background in creating project documentation, User Stories, Use Cases, Business rules, Functional and Non-Functional Specification, Agile software development, web development, and excellent analytical thinking.
The Business Analysis Specialist will be responsible for:
- Communicating between the technical team and customer, collaborating with technical experts and business units to determine the best possible solutions;
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather and elicit requirements;
- Analyzing client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis;
- Communicating client's business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models;
- Providing input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications;
- Liaising between the business and technical team to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications;
- Experience with Jira tasks, updating backlog, and roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent analytical thinking, and be able to work effectively in a distributed environment.
