Head of CDM and Principal Design Opportunity

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Head of CDM and Principal Design to join their team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a leadership role and drive the company's Principal Design and CDM offering forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of CDM Advisors and Principal Designers.
  • Oversee the delivery of CDM services, ensuring high standards across all projects.
  • Act as the Principal Designer on major projects, providing strategic oversight.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Requirements:
  • A NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
  • Extensive experience in CDM and Principal Design roles, ideally within a consultancy environment.
