We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Experience and London Groups Manager. This position offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and account management responsibilities within the on-premise sector.

As a key member of our London-based team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influential group customers, ensuring seamless execution across our portfolio of venues, and driving business growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase distribution of Red Bull in the on-premise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders to enhance our presence and reputation in the London market.
  • Collaborate with the Musketeer Team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences and drive business results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing within the on-premise sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, increasing distribution, and improving market share.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
