**Job Description:**
As a Nights Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, administering medication, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services. You will also be expected to case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.

**Responsibilities:**
* Leading and supervising your shift
* Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
* Administering and recording medication
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
* Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
