The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, with a relevant degree and ideally an MSc or PhD in a relevant subject. They will have proven geotechnical analysis and design experience, with a focus on the Offshore sector, and experience in leading offshore design, including offshore foundation design, driveability, cable burial trench ability, and deep-water anchoring.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of advanced constitutive soil models, parameter selection for such models, soil-structure interaction, and experience of numerical modelling software (FLAC, PLAXIS 2D/3D, etc.). They will also have experience in validation of geotechnical numerical analysis and numerical model calibration, as well as managing the process of geotechnical numerical analysis within an interdisciplinary project environment.

Requirements:
