Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a prompt, polite, and warm welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and problems before they arise, exceeding their expectations each day.
  • Be seen as a visible customer-focused professional, greeting and engaging with visitors.
  • Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly, maintaining a high level of security awareness.
  • Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions, ensuring the site is secure and compliant.
  • Proficiently use relevant communications equipment, demonstrating good communication skills.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to prohibited areas, issuing visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of any incidents that occur, providing a clear and concise report.
Requirements
  • Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player.
  • Smart and confident, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Immaculate presentation, with clear, concise, and confident communication skills.
  • Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
  • Computer literate, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
  • Current SIA license.
