We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistant Support to join our team at Assystem Energy & Infrastructure. As a Technical Assistant Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' site in Thurso.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System to release and print scheduled work orders within the engineering function.
  • Update SAP Project Systems through administration of labor booking and service entry inputs to ensure business and financial requirements are up to date.
  • Procure necessary equipment and consumables associated with defect/modifications work packages using SAP Purchasing Software.
  • Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System to release and print scheduled work orders within the engineering function.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Purchasing, and Timebooking Modules.
  • Management Information System (MIS) skills.
  • Microsoft Office Software packages.
  • Training System.
  • Workday Support.
Security Clearance:

This role requires a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. The successful candidate must be a UK national or in MoD-approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
