Job Summary
We're seeking an innovative and personable Fundraising and Individual Giving Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive individual giving strategy to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic individual giving plan to increase donations and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
- Design and implement effective fundraising campaigns and events
- Monitor and analyze fundraising metrics to inform strategy and drive results
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in individual giving and fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform fundraising decisionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approachWhat We Offer
