About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Welcome Team as a Park Ambassador. As the face of our organisation, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors, ensuring they have a great day out at our beautiful National Trust properties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering questions and offering information about the property and the National Trust.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Welcome Team to ensure the site is presented to a high standard, including litter picking, checking signage and maintaining the toilets.
  3. Promote memberships and fundraising opportunities to visitors, helping to grow support for the National Trust.
  4. Work in all weather conditions and be comfortable on your feet for extended periods.
