About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team at Standguide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and recruitment, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with JcP ERMs across the geography to ensure awareness of local employer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on employment opportunities and training solutions.
Requirements
  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum.
  • More than a year's experience of working in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and analytical ability to use intelligence to maximise on business opportunities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £31,200 per annum, increasing to £34,000 per annum upon successful completion of the probation period. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, company health plan subject to successful completion of probation, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, and 5-10 sick days per year paid.
