• Provide expert pharmacy services in accordance with current legislation and clinical requirements.
• Offer advice to consultants, other clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
• Ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines across the hospital.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the pharmacy team to achieve excellence in patient care.
• Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments.
• Lead quality improvement projects and audits within the pharmacy department.

• Be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) with no restrictions or conditions.
• Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Have at least 4 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting in the UK.
• Have managerial experience in a pharmacy setting in the UK.
• Be able to analyze clinical and management problems and develop effective solutions.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
