Are you looking to take a step away from traditional BAU and focus on delivering projects for key clients? As an IT Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for leading from the front to deliver IT projects, taking ownership and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for helping to support the technical development of junior engineers and keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as a point of escalation for the service desk, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and adhering to SLA's.
* Take ownership and lead from the front to deliver IT projects.
* Help support the technical development of junior engineers.
* Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends to recommend new products and software to better the efficiency and overall offering within the practice.

* DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, VPN, VLAN
