Care and Support Manager

Brook Street UK is an established provider of care and support to adults with severe learning disability and complex needs. We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to support the management of multi-site supported tenancies in the Chorley area.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent position offering excellent benefits including training, scope for career development, and bonuses.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for supporting the management of multiple sites, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to our service users.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support, and has a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with severe learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, and hold relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in health and social care.
