We're Severn Trent, a company that values water and is looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join our Procurement and Contract Management team based at our Head Office in Coventry City Centre.

This role will involve supporting performance improvement and commercial value with our Contract Management teams and category manager, specifically looking at spend, supplier and market analytics, performance tracking and reporting, and incident management support.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Producing management information reports for supplier performance meetings with stakeholders for business reviews.
  • Creating and maintaining SAP catalogues, contract data, updating pricing, descriptions, removing and adding sites to ensure high catalogue compliance from our WPO team.
  • Supporting the completion of requests from industry bodies such as Water UK and DWI in a timely manner providing critical STW data.
  • Supporting delivery of supplier and contract spend performance reporting, including variance to targets and understanding of price/volume issues.
  • Providing market intelligence gathering and analysis relating to chemicals pricing, availability, security, and global trends, providing key insight to senior management and to underpin our chemicals category strategy.
