Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our SEN team. The ideal candidate will provide support to students who require additional assistance, either in class, in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the SEN team to develop and implement strategies to support students with special needs. This will involve working closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure that students receive the best possible support.
The Learning Support Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to students with special needs
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing and implementing strategies to support students with special needs
- Collaborating with other support staff and teachers to ensure consistency and continuity of support
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
